Buying an all-inclusive travel package is taking a walk, not knowing the place.
I start with Cuba.

Internet in Cuba is a kind of monopoly, you go to ETECSA and you must try to buy a card that contains a username and password to access the Wi-Fi available in some parks, the time to get a card ranges from one to three hours.
A card for 5 hours (the maximum) costs 5 CUC which is equivalent to $ 5.00 or 125 Cuban pesos.

CUC is the currency for foreigners equivalent to $ 1 or 25 Cuban pesos, when paying with a currency 25 times higher, the change you receive at the whim of each one, for a foreigner one dollar less is nothing, but for a Cuban it represents a considerable amount , the salary of a person is equivalent to 15 dollars, a doctor earns a maximum of 1000 Cuban pesos about $ 40, each doctor is assigned a number of families to whom he could attend, all this in the upper middle class of Cuba, all the money, all the wealth of Cuba is in the tourist area of Havana, you cannot record or take photos in places of the state such as health centers, markets, offices.

If you ask the Cuban how he feels, he will tell you that he is fine, he is happy, but he will always ask you for some money for food or medicine, each Cuban is a painting, his colors, gestures, the other Cuba, from the middle class downwards, that is better to live it, adopt the accent and attire to hide a little.
